I’m Ayanda Ballo - a scientific project manager by background and a mum of two. I’ve always been drawn to property, and I understand how difficult it can be to make sound investment decisions while balancing work, family and limited time.

After seeing how many people wanted to invest but didn't have the time to source opportunities themselves - and weren't sure who to trust - I built PropertyWise to bring structure, transparency and disciplined financial analysis to every opportunity.
