Fees and Refunds

Reservation Fee: £495 

• Payable to reserve a property deal for 7 days.

• Non-refundable but deductible from the final sourcing fee.

Sourcing Fee: £2,495

• The reservation fee will be deducted from this balance.

• The remaining balance (£2,000) is due on completion.

Cooling-Off Period 

By paying the reservation fee, you are asking us to begin work immediately. This means the standard 14-day cooling off period does not apply once services are started. 

Refunds 

• Reservation fees are non-refundable. 

• Refunds of the sourcing fee are not applicable once services are provided, except where required by law.
