Fees and Refunds

Reservation Fee: £495 

• Payable to reserve a property deal for 7 days.

• Non-refundable but deductible from the final sourcing fee.

Sourcing Fee: £2,495

• The reservation fee will be deducted from this balance.

• The remaining balance (£2,000) is due on completion.

Cooling-Off Period 

Under UK consumer regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of entering into a contract.

By paying the reservation fee, you are requesting that we begin work immediately. If the service is fully delivered within the 14-day cooling-off period, your right to cancel may be lost in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Where cancellation rights apply, they will be handled in line with current UK legislation.

Refunds 

• Reservation fees are non-refundable. 

• Refunds of the sourcing fee are not applicable once services are provided, except where required by law.
